Vanta was building their logistics SaaS on a codebase that had grown beyond the ability of the founding team to maintain. They needed a complete re-architecture before they could close their Series B or pursue enterprise sales.

We undertook a phased re-architecture: decomposing the monolith into domain services, rebuilding the front-end in Vue.js with a proper component architecture, and introducing the observability and multi-tenancy infrastructure needed for enterprise clients. The rebuild ran in parallel with the existing system, with a zero-downtime cutover.
Series B closed at $24M six months after relaunch. Enterprise client count grew from 12 to 80+ in 18 months. System uptime increased from 97.1% to 99.94%.
